Located at the foot of the Alpilles in Provence, Domaine Hauvette is one of the region’s most distinctive estates. For over 35 years, Dominique Hauvette has farmed 15 hectares with precision and dedication, becoming a leading figure in Southern French wine. Working with Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Roussanne, Marsanne and Clairette, she crafts wines of purity and energy. Her methods — destemming, gentle infusion, and ageing in vats, barrels, casks and concrete eggs — highlight each terroir’s authentic expression.
Since 2018, the wines are classified as IGP Alpilles, allowing full creative freedom. Certified organic and biodynamic, the estate reflects deep respect for nature. Named Winemaker of the Year 2020 by La Revue du Vin de France and awarded three stars in the Guide Vert, Hauvette continues to shape Provençal wine with bold authenticity.
