Paul Granier, son and grandson of wine growers, founded a small trading house in the Languedoc in 2022. Raised with a passion for local products and Languedoc traditions, he discovered the emotional power of great wines while tasting the 2001 vintage from Domaine de la Grange des Pères at a family dinner.
In 2012, he moved to Lyon to study engineering and later enrolled in the OIV master’s program, expanding his wine knowledge and connecting with renowned wine producers across 26 countries. The Tretine 2014 from Domaine Giuseppe Rinaldi and the Saint-Joseph 2016 from Frères Gonon left a lasting impact on him.
After four years at Maison Lucien Le Moine in Burgundy, he absorbed the complexity of terroirs and the importance of aging. In 2021, he trained alongside Laurent Charvin in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, deepening his interest in whole-bunch fermentation and fine grape varieties.
His house focuses on producing parcel wines from old vines (over 50 years) on exceptional terroirs. Vinification is long and slow, using only whole grapes, with at least 20 months of aging on the lees in demi-muids. Production is limited to ensure meticulous oversight of the wines.
