Domaine Thomas Pascal is rooted in Ladoix-Serrigny, where the Côte de Beaune meets the Côte de Nuits; a privileged gateway to some of Burgundy’s most treasured terroirs.
As a new-generation artisan winemaker, Thomas Pascal seeks not to shape the wine, but to let each parcel speak with clarity, purity and quiet confidence.
The domaine spans around 8 hectares across remarkableappellations, from Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits and Côte de Nuits Villages to Vosne-Romanée, Vosne-Romanée Les Hauts Beaux-Monts, Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux-Monts and Echezeaux Grand Cru.
In the vineyards, sustainable farming, living soils, natural balance and low yields form the foundation of wines deeply connected to their origin. In the cellar, the approach is guided by patience, precision and respect for the fruit. Grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and handled gently to preserve freshness, perfume and the identity of each site. Oak is used as a frame rather than a signature, bringing texture and depth while allowing the wines to remain transparent, elegant and full of Burgundian grace.
